Zero Water allows you to safely clean & protect your vehicle in areas with water restrictions or hose pipe bans. The product can be used 3 different ways making it highly versatile!
- Spray directly on your vehicle and wipe clean using a soft microfibre
- No rinse wash by adding a small amount to a bucket
- Waterspot and bird dropping remover
Spray and wipe:
Move your car to a shaded area and wait for it to cool down. Avoid using zero water if your vehicle is excessively dirty, for example, an off-road vehicle. Working on 1 panel at a time, spray zero water until the panel is saturated with product. Wait up to 30 seconds after application then remove the product residue in straight lines without using pressure. Always use a new or clean microfibre of good quality for this process. After removal, use a second clean towel to lightly buff over the panel. this will bring out the gloss and slickness of the product, once you have completed these steps your done!
No rinse wash:Â
Zero Water is highly concentrated and can be used as a no rinse wash with added protection. Simply fill a wash bucket with 10L of cold water. Add 50ml of zero water to the solution and mix well. Using a wash mitt or similar, thoroughly saturate the mitt in the solution then remove and allow most of the water to fall back into the bucket. Once the mitt is wet but not full of water or heavily saturated, begin to wipe it over the vehicle 1 panel at a time in straight lines. regularly rinse the mitt in the bucket and fold the wash mitt over if required. Avoid using excess pressure. once you have washed the panel, take a clean dry microfibre and wipe over to remove the excess solution.
Bird dropping removal:
Spray Zero Water liberally on the area in question, fold a paper towel or similar, and place on the contamination the spray more product to saturate the towel and stick it to the panel. Allow 5 mins to dwell then gently wipe away.
Can I use this to clean my ceramic coated car?
Zero water is safe to use on coated cars. We would recommend using the rinseless method as some coatings can lack slickness naturally and using it as a rinseless wash will be the safest and most effective way to clean the surface.
Can I use it to clean my car’s alloys?
Yes, however we would recommend leaving alloys till the end if doing a full rinseless wash. Spray some solution on the wheels and allow to soak for around 30 seconds – 1 minute before cleaning.
Can it be used to clean the rest of the car (glass surfaces, lights, plastic etc.)?
Yes, it’s safe to use all over your car on every surface.
How dirty can the car be before a water / rinselss wash shouldn’t be used?
We would avoid using on heavily soiled vehicles such as off road/ utility vehicles or where you feel the dirt is to excessive to be removed using the rinseless method.
Can I use this in winter / to remove salt and grit?
For winter dirt and salt it is possible however we would recommend using the rinseless method only and pre spraying the product on the vehicle before use. For example, dilute zero at 50:1 in a sprayer, spray the panel and wait 1 minute, then use the rinseless method.
How many washes should I be able to do per litre?
You should be able to do 20 rinseless washes per litre if you follow our instructions above.
Does Zero Water strip wax or remove sealant?
Absolutely not, it actally compliments them by adding its own additional layer of protection behind.
Does it leave a protective coating post wash?
It leaves a super slick protective coating that minimises dirt adhesion significantly. The finish is similar to wax protection, only made from more modern polymers which gives a better result.
How much pressure should I use to wipe Zero Water off?
Light to no pressure at all is required, let the product remove the dirt.
Does this attract dust after use?
No, zero water uses cationic polymers which chemically resist dust build-up through positive chemical charges that resist positively charged dust/ dirt particles.
Can I use this on paint protection films?
Yes, this will not damage paint protection films.
Can Zero Water be used on glass/windows?
Yes, you may want to use another dry cloth and buff the windows after application, However we would instead recommend using Diamond Vision
How does this compare to Optimum No Rinse or Wolfgang Uber Rinseless Wash?
Zero uses similar principles, yet with a modern twist. Like all infinity wax products, we guarantee you exceptional results and service. In addition, because you are buying directly from our factory you will always pay lass than foreign imported products.
Will this scratch my paint?
Zero Water is designed to remove contamination by safely encapsulating it. Using the instructions above, any scratches will be minimised or completely avoided. Ideally, we would always recommend using the two bucket method as a minimum starting point, but we realise that isn’t always possible. This product has been made by us if you are currently dealing with droughts, hosepipe bans or have limited access to water.
After using Zero Water can I clay, polish and wax
Absolutely, once the vehicle is clean the same principles apply.
How many towels do I need to do this properly?
Depending on the size of the car we’d recommend between 4 and 10 microfibre towels.
